Gerald Rea,

Chief Executive Officer

Directing Stray Light is Gerald Rea. He is a Rose-Hulman educated optical and mechanical engineer who has worked ten years in new product development. Rea began working with clients while at Rose Hulman Ventures and had the pleasure of developing products from conceptual design to pre-commercialization. He has consulted for the Scott County Economic Development Corporation for four years and been involved in the planning of the new Mid-America Science Park.

Robert Drake

Robert Drake,

Chief Technical Officer

Drake has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and minors in Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, and Spanish. He used MEMS technology to improve igniter designs for missile battery systems for NAVSEA CRANE. Mr. Drake also worked for another Indiana startup, Cook Pharmica in Bloomington, where he grew with the company from eight to over 100 employees. Before leaving Cook, Mr. Drake integrated and developed web-based user interfaces for data management and automation systems.

Dion Longworth

Dion Longworth,

Senior Development Engineer

Longworth is a Product Development professional with several years experience in most aspects of successfully getting products to market. Experience in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Product Management, and Project Management are among the many areas that he has acquired in his career. His BSEE equips him with technical and analytical skills rarely found in a Market Researcher or Product Manager. A knack for analysis and the ability to use that analysis to provide key insights and paint a big picture has also served him well in each aspect of Product Development. Dion was formerly a Project Manager for Klipsch, a high-end audio firm.

Charles Lehman

Charles Lehman,

Consultant

Mr. Lehman, MBA is a graduate of the Kelley School of Business and has undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Software Engineering from Rose-Hulman. Mr. Lehman's team was the winner of the Business Plan Competition during his final year at Kelley. Before working for Stray Light, Mr. Lehman was a software engineer with the search engine company, Cha Cha, located in Indianapolis. He is an expert in software design.

Lesley Larimer

Lesley Larimer,

Administrative Assistant

Lesley has fifteen years of office management experience, starting her career at Scottsburg Plastics in 1995. In 1998, she began employment as an administrative assistant at DR Rice Broadcasting, managing day to day operations. In 2008 Lesley joined Stray Light, handling our bookkeeping and accounting as well as other general office duties. In a nutshell, Lesley keeps the office running smoothly. She is also an avid Alabama Crimson Tide football fan.

Tim Hollihan

Tim Hollihan,

Mechanical Engineer

Tim Hollihan received a Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Speed Scientific School of Engineering at the University of Louisville. He continued his education at Northern Kentucky University to obtain a Bachelors of Arts and Sciences in Physics, while minoring in Math and Business. He is a former employee of Cummins, Inc. where he held several positions from Rapid Problem Solving Leader, Test Cell Engineer, Fuel Pump Test Coordinator, and Performance Engineer. He has experience in warranty reduction, cycle time reduction, new product development, supplier quality, and failure analysis.

Dylan Kesterson

Dylan Kesterson,

Graphic Design Intern

Dylan Kesterson is starting his second year at IUPUI, majoring in Media Arts and Science. In 2009 his Web Design team won 2nd at the national level of Business Professionals of America's yearly competition. Dylan designs various media for Stray Light, including our business cards, website, advertisements, booth design, presentations, and brochures.

Tim Hosey

Tim Hosey,

Consultant

Hosey is the president of a 24-year-old marketing and management consulting firm. He is the author of several books, invented several training systems for 21st Century marketing, and has addressed such organizations as The National Alliance of Business and the Indiana Small Business Development Center.
